By booking an appointment with Muma Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all policies listed on our website and booking platform.

Booking Fees & Refund Policy: All booking fees and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. No exceptions will be made.

Fees paid may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled appointment (within policy), another service, retail products, etc.

Chargebacks & Disputes: Chargeback disputes are taken seriously and will be formally contested. Clients who initiate a dispute will be held financially responsible for legal retainer fees and will no longer be able to book appointments at Muma Aesthetics.
